Earlier today I took a couple of hours to run a group of folks from work through the NewspaperNext blueprint at a high level, and tomorrow we'll convene again to dig in and consider how it applies to us. That's the thing about the blueprint. It's not something you can just read or expect anybody else to read. You have to discuss, debate, challenge and ultimately work the plan to discover the value.
